This Privacy Statement relates to the platform of Piggy.
Piggy develops software for companies to bind people to their business.
This policy describes what personal data we collect from you in connection with offering our loyalty software, how we handle this personal data and what rights you have in that respect.
1 Personal data and purposes
Personal data is any information that can (directly or indirectly) identify a natural person. Personal data can be a name or telephone number, but also a date of birth or e-mail address, for example.
If you wish to use our Platform, provision of your personal data (subject to your acceptance of cookies) is necessary.
We collect the following data for the following purposes:

Basically, we process your business information. This information is not considered personal data. If you are a sole proprietor, some of your business information may qualify as personal data. If you use our services as a Client, the following personal data are processed:
Your first and last name
Your date of birth
Your place of birth
Your address details
Your telephone number
Your e-mail address
Your IP address
Your bank account details
Your internet browser and device type
Your proof of identity (if you are the legal representative)
Other personal data that you actively provide

We may process the following data (anonymously) to perform analyses for statistical and analytical purposes, improve our products and services and create a personalised environment on our Platform. We may share this data with third parties provided that the information is anonymised and aggregated.

Our Clients process the personal data of their End Users (you) for their own purposes. Piggy is not and cannot be held responsible for the processing of personal data by our Clients. We may process the following data (anonymously) to perform analyses for statistical and analytical purposes, improve our products and services and create a personalised environment on our Platform. We may share this data with third parties provided that the information is anonymised and aggregated.

Partner
If you are a business partner of ours, we process the following personal data:

In some cases and depending on the relationship, details of your identity document
Other personal data that you actively provide, for example in correspondence by e-mail and telephone
Third party use
We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands, which recognizes visits of companies to our website based on IP addresses and shows us related publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies for providing transparency on how our visitors use our website and the tool processes domains from provided form inputs (e.g. “leadinfo.com”) to correlate IP addresses with companies and to enhance its services. In the event of an opt-out, your data will no longer be used by Leadinfo”.
2 With whom do we share personal data?
We provide your Personal Data to third parties if this is necessary to provide our products and services. We take all reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss or alteration.
We may also use third parties to carry out activities such as subscription management. These third parties are our processors and process the data only on our behalf and for no other purpose.
In principle, we process your personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). As we may use processors that have their head office outside the EEA, it cannot be excluded that we share personal data directly or indirectly with organisations outside the EEA. If this is the case, we will take appropriate measures to legitimise such processing.
3 Retention periods
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement. This means that we will process personal data at least as long as you make use of our services. If you no longer wish to make use of our services, we may retain your personal data for up to two years after the end of our relationship, unless a specific law prescribes another minimum retention period.

We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure your personal data against loss or any other form of unlawful processing.
5 Changes to our Privacy Statement
We may change this Privacy Statement from time to time. If a change will take place or has taken place, you will be notified via our platform.
6 Your rights
You have the right to request us to:
access your personal data
have your personal data supplemented, corrected or deleted;
object to the processing of your personal data;
to limit your personal data; and/or
to transfer your personal data to you or a third party.
These rights are not absolute. We will assess your request in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. We will provide you with information on the actions we have taken in response to your request as soon as possible, but in any event within one month of receiving your request. We may extend this period by two months due to the complexity of your request or the number of requests we receive. We will inform you in that case.
At any time, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Personal Data Authority.
